However, one method that many organizations overlook to gain value from survey data is personas.
Survey-driven personas transform survey responses and demographic data into ‘personas’ that are believable but fictitious people representation your survey respondents. Survey-driven personas are empathic believable representations of your customers that provide direct value for your organization from the expense of collecting survey data.
