Is any of our online analytics data used for S2P shared with/sold to third parties?

No. Your data is just for you. We sell no data. We combine no data across companies using S2P. We provide your data to no third parties.

Do you store our data in any way?

Yes, we store the same data as stored by Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and Qualtrics in their survey platforms. Concerning the security of your data, there is an account management system where you control who has access to your data, the system sits on dedicated servers behind organizational fireworks. The system uses SSL certificates.

How do I sign-up to use S2P?

Go to s2p.qcri.org/ and click the Sign-up icon.

How do I generate personas from my survey data?

Once you have signed in, click the Persona tab, click the Survey Data dropdown box. You will see an Upload button. Click it. Follow the Upload Wizard.
